He is a board member on the Advisory Board to Alzheimer’s LA, where he engages with other committed professionals in programs that assist seniors afflicted with dementia in all its forms, with a focus on Alzheimer’s. In his position as Managing Director, Adam is responsible for all operations for Senior Living Specialists of California.

Bringing that same level of commitment to SLS of California, Mike is in charge of all administrative matters and strategy and engages with all employees on expanding the reach of how the company serves seniors and their families. Mike also came to senior living services by having to learn to navigate all sorts of service providers for his sister (advanced multiple sclerosis, living in a skilled nursing facility now) and his mom (a vibrant 97 year-old living in memory care).

Allison has had frontline experience in dealing with the myriad issues of selecting home health, home care, hospice, rentals of durable medical equipment, selection of senior living homes, transitions between senior living homes and, of late, managing through her loved ones’ stays in memory care. Whether dealing with finances, legal requirements, engaging with healthcare providers, management in senior living communities, Allison has done it all and brings a wealth of experience to the team. Her role is as chief advisor to the business and head writer of our community posts and articles.

Whether engaging with board and care homes, larger assisted living communities or finding the right service provider to help our clients live at home longer, Caitie brings a high degree of professionalism and sympathy. As Resource Advocate Manager, her role is instrumental to the company attaining our service level commitments.
